Wanda Commercial Properties Co Ltd held the sales assessment meeting for July at the Pullman Beijing West Wanda Hotel on August 3, 2013.

Wanda President Ding Benxi attended the meeting and Qi Jie, Executive President of the Wanda Commercial Properties Co Ltd, made a speech at the meeting. Staff of the North and South project management centers as well as local project companies participated in the meeting.

The meeting reported project sales figures and payment collection status for the month of July. The outstanding Quanzhou Project Company shared their experience while the underperforming Weifang Project Company gave a work report.

Qi made several requirements for the second half of the year, including enhancing efficiency and execution, improving the approval process, increasing coordination and communication, and innovating sales methods to reach targets. He also encouraged competition among project companies.

A fairer and clearer sales assessment reward and reprimanding system is currently under development, he added.
